Terms and conditions to become an instructor at pitedu.net

Summary

Each course and training must have the following contents:

  1. Learning objectives
  2. Content or outline ( Session 1 , Session 2 , … )
  3. About instructor
  4. Upload a picture of yourself as an instructor.

Video

As an instructor you may use Microsoft PowerPoint / Zoom/ Google Meet/Canva or any other video recording software. However, your recorded video must have a high resolution and quality to upload on pitedu.net platform and PIT App. Instructor needs to describe the course or master class, learning objectives, and outline in 1-3minutes. For each and every video, you must use PIT logo and website in the right side of the video and the website pitedu.net.


Compensation and share of sales/revenue.

Pitedu.net is a global platform to offer courses, workshops, training, and masterclasses. Two conditions for your compensation:

  1. If your courses are exclusive to pitedu.net, you should not publish in any other social media and platform. In this situation, the instructor will get 60% of sales and 40% for PIT. Taxes are subtracted from sales and instructor share of income is based on after tax sales.
  2. If your courses are not exclusive to Pitedu.net, instructor share is 40% and 60% for Pitedu.net.

Pricing

The instructor can make a proper price to sell the course in the platform. The price should be based on the market condition, target market, the course valuation, and demand level of the courses. However, PIT may suggest a price to the instructor based on the market conditions.


How to pay to instructor?

Our platform and APP have developed a digital method to pay to instructors automatically. PIT has been connected to Master card, Visa Card, digital currencies and cryptocurrencies and other methods of transactions in global banking system. We will pay by cheque as well if needed.

In order to sell your courses, you can use one of the software:

  1. Watermark
  2. Camtasia
  3. PowerPoint
  4. Zoom
  5. Google Meet
  6. Microsoft Teams
  7. Other educational platforms

How to prepare and create the courses and videos:
  1. High Quality and high standards
    Your PPT slides, videos and pictures must have resolution and high quality. You can use any other moviemakers or film editors. We encourage you to create your videos by Camtasia with (1280×720) HD.

  2. Sound quality: your sound must be of a high quality. Please use a microphone and keep the room quiet when you are recording your course.

  3. During teaching and recording: practice and rehearsal before recording your course. Please change your tone during teaching and avoid monotone.

  4. Introducing yourself: When you are introducing yourself, please talk about your academic background, your skills and your experiences. Also, please explain shortly about the benefits of the course.

  5. Please prepare videos for each session of no more than 30minutes. The best time period is less than 15 minutes.

Policies to produce and prepare courses and materials for PIT:
  1. The product, video and other materials must have PIT logo and website.
  2. PIT will not change or adjust the content of your product.
  3. Please prepare and produce your courses, seminars, workshops, and webinars in a professional manner.
  4. Ethics and professionalism are crucial for PIT. Therefore, academic integrity is our philosophy.
  5. All instructors and administrators must adopt and respect the diversity and inclusion policy of PIT.
  6. All instructors must avoid of any sexual contents and political.
  7. For any course, the instructor must prepare a 1-3 minutes short video about the course as introduction.
  8. For each course the instructor should prepare all videos with order number, content file, course description, introduction, tests, and other related files.
  9. Instructors must send a short resume about themselves.
